Please note that while we offer free returns, we do not refund original shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

*Guarantee Limitations: The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to products that have been more than half-used, bought through a sale, or purchased through non-authorized retailers.
